Surrogate Partner Position

​

Pay: $100.00 - $250.00 per session (sessions run 60 to 90 minutes)

Job Description

 

We are seeking a surrogate partner to join our therapy team. Surrogate partners work with our clinical therapists to help clients resolve intimacy issues, relationship issues, trauma, and sexual dysfunctions. Our therapy is experiential and holistic. In addition to talk therapy, our practitioners use brainspotting, somatic interventions, mindfulness & embodiment practices, and hypnotherapy as part of our programs.

Our surrogate partners take clients through a series of exercises and experiences designed to teach consent & boundaries, help clients become more comfortable in their bodies and discharge trauma through somatic experiencing, and work through sexual & relationship issues through practical experience.

Work hours are flexible. If hired, you will set your own session times during available office hours at our Jenkintown PA office.

Ideal candidates:

• Have the ability to comprehend and incorporate scientific, neurobiological, and psychotherapeutic theories and practices.

• Are compassionate, caring, empathetic, and helping/healing-oriented.

• Have flexible schedules and communication & writing skills (every client case is collaborative with one of our clinical therapists, and all practitioners keep detailed notes on client sessions in our client management platform, Simple Practice).

• Have a spiritual foundation (our work is built upon both scientific and spiritual principles, and this is what makes our programs unique).

• Are comfortable with their own sexuality, and are comfortable with physical contact with clients.

 

Surrogate partner training for certification normally costs $2500. We will train and certify the chosen candidate(s) at a nominal cost in return for a commitment to work with our clients for a specified period of time.

 

Associate's or Bachelor's degree required. Training in one or more healing modality preferred (Reiki, energy therapy, massage therapy, etc.).

Sex Therapist Position

​

Pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hour

Job Description

 

Required: Masters Degree in Therapy/Counseling and reliable internet. Intention to specialize in Sex Therapy.

 

Experience or education in sex therapy not required but preferred. Must be comfortable and able to work with sexuality and clients experiencing sexual dysfunction.

Seeking someone who has time to take on our overflow of client referrals and is interested in becoming a permanent part of the team as we grow.

​

Our team currently consists of licensed professional counselors, hypnotherapists, energy healers, spiritual healers, intimacy coaches and surrogate partners. We provide support and healing to individuals and couples from all over the world. We will train you in the art of collaborating with surrogate partners and support your clinical growth.

Other desirable skills: EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, Creative Arts Therapy.

 

This fee for service position has the potential to grow into a full caseload over time if desired. Our fee for service rate is competitive. Licensed not required; no-cost supervision is available for clinicians currently working toward licensing. Licensed individuals will be paid more per service hour.
